Delete your Allegiance account
Option 1: In the App (instant)
- Open Allegiance and tap Account on the home screen.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and the App starts fresh.
Option 2: By email
If you can't open the App, for example because you uninstalled it, email General@allegiancetcg.com with the subject "Delete my Allegiance account". Include your Player ID (App → Account), or your Discord username if you saved your account with Discord. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and Player ID, and your link to Discord
- Your player name, collection, special finishes, decks, coins and stats
- Your online games and bot-game records, and your pack history
- Your Vault photos and verified cards (messages already posted in our Discord server can be removed on request)
What we keep
- Server logs and backups expire on their own, typically within 30 days.
- In finished online games, your opponent may still see your player name in their own game history.
- If you bought physical products, order records are kept as required for tax and accounting.
Deleting your account can't be undone.
